You dream about your desired space, create a wish list, gather some pictures, and think about how you'd like to use your space, style, and budget for the project.

We meet with you on site to hear about all the above items, take measurements and photos and get to know one another.

After the visit, based on the size and scope of your project, we’ll email you a customized design proposal listing the items you want us to focus on.

You sign the project and put down a deposit. We then begin creating a base and sketching a design.

Once the design is entered into the computer we have a screen share to go over what you like and what you don’t. At this time we also discuss the high/low costs on line items and gather your feedback.

We make edits to your plan (if required) and begin to create the final full size color sheet that has inspiration photos, reference notes, and 3-D images.

 We send you 3-D images so you can see your space come to life!

Your plan is ready and you get several hard copies as well as a digital copy. We then go over an installation quote based on the final plan.

During the design process our designers will carefully consider the qualities that are important to you . . . scents, sounds, shapes, textures, colors while advising you on the best use of your space and keeping in mind sound environmental practices such as water conservation and site analysis. Verde can offer elements such as:

After determining the cost of your project we will schedule an appointment to walk you through the written proposal which will detail each element you requested. The Proposal is the final cost of your project based upon your custom DESIGN plan. Once we have all agreed on the project conditions, you will sign the Proposal & put 10% down so that we can get your project scheduled and begin transforming your landscape.

Throughout the build process your designer will be contact with you (via phone and email) so that you are aware of the progress of your project. The owner and or operations manager will frequently be on site to manage your project and address any questions that may arise.
